Refund policy

Every test on Whole Board is free to take. You only pay for optional extras. Here's exactly when you get your money back, and the same rules apply to everyone, every time.

Most refunds are instant. Go to your dashboard: every purchase that qualifies has a Refund button. No email, no waiting for someone to approve it.

Practice retakes ($0.99 each)

Unused retakes: refunded within 14 days of purchase, right from your dashboard.
Used retakes aren't refundable, because the practice test was delivered. A score you didn't like isn't a reason for a refund.
Accidents: if you close or lose a paid test by accident, we automatically return the retake once every 30 days (see Terms, "Interrupted attempts").

Ranked pass ($2.99, one time)

You never started the ID check: refunded within 30 days of purchase, right from your dashboard.
The ID check shows you're under 18: refunded automatically.
Once the ID check has started the pass isn't refundable, because each check costs us whether it passes or not. If it broke because of a problem on our side or Stripe's, email us and you get a free retry.
The ID belongs to someone who already has an account: no refund. One person, one ranked account.

Squads pass ($2.99, one season)

Before your first ranked Squads match: refunded within 14 days of purchase, right from your dashboard.
Your squad never got a single match all season because no other squad was around: email us and we'll refund it.
After you've played a ranked Squads match the pass isn't refundable for that season, win or lose.
The pass ends on December 31 of the season you bought it for. It never affects your IQ scores or War of Minds rank.

Supporter ($2.33 a month or $19.99 a year)

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your perks last until the month (or year) you paid for ends, and you won't be charged again.
Within 7 days of a charge: refund it right from your dashboard. That also cancels the subscription.
After 7 days that month's charge isn't refundable.
Supporter is cosmetic only. It never changes anyone's scores or rank.

Ranked pass + Supporter bundle ($4.99, then $2.33 a month)

Within 7 days, ID check not started: full refund. The Ranked pass is taken back and Supporter is canceled.
Within 7 days, ID check already started: the Supporter month ($2.33) is refunded and canceled. The ID check itself is paid for, so the pass part stays.
Later Supporter months follow the Supporter rules above.

Supporter gifts ($2.33 a month, one payment)

Within 7 days: the buyer can refund a gift from their dashboard. The gifted months are taken back.
Gifts never renew. Gifts for players under 18 must come from their parent or guardian.

Always refunded

You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't buy.
A problem on our side ruined what you paid for.

Never refunded

Accounts banned for cheating, using bots or AI on tests, or breaking the rules.
Changing your mind after you've used what you bought.

Anything else

Email ecomwithsamuel@gmail.com from the address on your account, and tell us what you bought and when. We answer within 14 days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
